Justin Dorey Finishes 3rd in Superpipe at Mt. Snow

The Winter Dew Tour made it’s final stop at Mt. Snow this weekend. Justin charged in strong finishing first in the Prelim Round. In the finals Justin finished 3rd.

Justin Dorey takes 2nd in Winter X SuperPipe High Air

Justin Dorey blasted out of the SuperPipe last Sunday and finished 2nd in the Superpipe High Air Contest. Justin crested out at a height of 23′ 11″.

Roz and Megan win medals in Winter X Superpipe

Roz Groenewoud finished 3rd in the Winter X Games Women’s Superpipe. Newcomer Megan Gunning started her career with a 2nd place finish in the Superpipe. Roz’s solid finish lets everyone know she will be a threat for the overall Women’s Freeskiing title again this year. Megan also served notice she will be chasing the title and other podium finishes this year.

Winter Dew Tour- 2nd Stop

The 2nd stop of the Winter Dew Tour landed in Snowbasin, UT. Tom Wallisch took 1st in the men’s Slopestyle Final. Roz Groenewoud finished 2nd in the Women’s Superpipe. Jess Cumming finished 6th in the Women’s Superpipe. Justin Dorey was untouchable in the Preliminary Rounds but couldn’t find the podium in the finals.

Roz Groenewoud wins AFP Title

Roz Groenewoud has been named the 2008-09 Women’s Overall World Champion by the Association of Freeskiing Professionals. Roz finished the year ranked 2nd in Big Air, 3rd in Halfpipe, and 19th in Slopestyle.

The Association of Freeskiing Professionals (AFP) recently announced its final rankings for the 2008-09 season. Justin Dorey finished the year ranked 2nd in the Halfpipe. Tom Wallisch finished the year ranked 1st in Slopestyle. PK Hunder finished the year ranked 1st in Big Air. Roz Groenewoud finished the year ranked 3rd in the Halfpipe.

Kombi Team stoked for 2009-10 Season
